"Line busy!!! Missing items"

Been trying to get through on thier phone number for 2 days to report missing items from our order which came on Tuesday line busy constantly! How can I report when they dont answer I have 3 worktops

Missing from my delivery and part of the cooker housing and a damged box upon delivery , which needs replacing So who checks the vans when they are loaded why don't they answer their phone doesn't help customers at all poor customer service!.
